Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your piece.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Because some of our pieces are made to order, custom sizes and personalized items are final sale, unless there is a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

 

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Damages & Order Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (including special orders or personalized items), unless defective or incorrect
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges:

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
